All my DashClock extensions removed from Play Store

After the WhatsApp extension removed few days ago, I received another email yesterday.

The Viber extension is removed by Google because it “Violated of the  Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior provision of the Content Policy”.

This is a notification that your application, DashClock Viber [4.3+], with package ID com.tigerworkshop.dashclockviber, has been removed from the Google Play Store.

REASON FOR REMOVAL: Violation of the Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior provision of the Content Policy.

Products must not contain false or misleading information in any content, title, icon, description, or screenshots. Don’t pretend to be someone else, and don’t represent that your app is authorized by or produced by another company or organization if that is not the case.

After a regular review, we have determined that your app is in violation of the above policy provision.

All violations are tracked. Serious or repeated violations of any nature will result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts. If your account is terminated, payments will cease and Google may recover the proceeds of any past sales and the cost of any associated fees (such as chargebacks and payment transaction fees) from you.

If your developer account is still in good standing, you may revise and upload a new instance of the application that is compliant with the developer terms. Before uploading any new applications, please review the Developer Distribution Agreement and Content Policy.

If you feel we have made this determination in error, you can visit this Google Play Help Center article for additional information regarding this removal.

I haven’t even mentioned anything about myself, nor claiming I am representing Viber or have any association with them.

Maybe I need to add a statement to clarify I am NOT.
That’s why US laws sucks, everything need a lot of disclaimer on them to prevent possible lawsuits.

To be safe, I have removed ALL my DashClock extensions from Play Store.
Again, please consider DashNotifier for a better alternative.

is there any way to get the apk file? of course not for public actions, not even uploading it to anywhere, it’s just that everything else doesnt really work or is just annoying…

    Thanks ahead,
